Company Leadership

Mr. Menneto joined MBI in August 2024 as our CEO. Previously, he spent over 27 years at Polaris – most recently as President of the Off Road Vehicle Division where he led the business to a doubling of revenue (now $7+ billion). He also led Polaris' Motorcycle Division from May 2009 to December 2019, and prior to that he held various Sales roles. Mr. Menneto attended Northeastern University for his undergraduate degree and then went on to earn an MBA from the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytech Institute.

Mr. Beckman joined MBI in late 2023 as our Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Entegris after holding several positions of increasing responsibility that spanned eight years in the high-growth semiconductor industry. Before Entegris, he worked in numerous capacities for General Mills, Inc., including Vice President of Finance for the Meals Division, Director of Corporate Planning & Analysis, and Director of Internal Controls. Mr. Beckman received a B.S. and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Lindquist joined MBI in December 2024 as Chief Growth Officer with responsibilty for expanding our strategic portfolio in adjacent and complementary businesses. Previously, he held executive leadership roles across a diverse set of industries -- most recently leading the electrification and power management business for the Brunswick Corporation. Mr. Lindquist has extensive recreational product experience (Nike; Polaris; Wilson Sporting Goods) along with entrepreneurial, international, and M&A experience. He earned a BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford University.  

Mr. Aulson joined MBI in 2023 as our Chief Information Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in leading teams and deploying technology solutions across a variety of industries. Previously, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Ingram Marine Group for nine years and before that as Director of Information Technology at Brandt Engineering for six years. Mr. Aulson received a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Amanda Thompson joined as Chief Human Resources Officer at Malibu Boats, Inc. in July 2025, where she leads the company’s global people strategy with a focus on culture, talent, and organizational growth. With over 30 years of HR leadership experience, Amanda was most recently the Chief People Officer at Vontier and U.S. Xpress, Inc., where she spent 20 years driving large-scale transformation, talent development, and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Bryan College. Amanda is known for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces that align people strategy with business success.

Ms. Zinter joined MBI in January 2025 as our General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to this, she served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Winnebago Industries. Other previous experience includes General Counsel and Secretary of Icario Health (a health technology company) and both legal and business roles at Polaris Industries. Ms. Zinter started her legal career in private practice at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi in Minneapolis. She received her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and a B.S. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Cluka joined MBI in April 2023 as our Vice President of Sales and then Marketing was added to his responsibilities in 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Cluka was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Turf & Consumer Products business unit at Briggs & Stratton. During his 23 years at Briggs & Stratton, he held a variety of leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Mr. Cluka received B.S. degrees in both Marketing and Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin (La Crosse) and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Mr. Turner was named Senior Vice President of Cobalt Boats in 2021. He began working with Cobalt in Neodesha, Kansas, in 2017 as the Vice President of Engineering. A veteran of 20+ years in the marine industry, he has held multiple operations, engineering and design positions with boat brands across a global landscape including Europe, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Turner received a B.A. in Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Gratz started with Pursuit Boats in 2006 and has served in numerous roles within the company, most recently being promoted to Senior Vice President. During that tenure he has been directly involved with multiple generations of the Pursuit product line and contributed to the development, growth, and evolution of the Pursuit portfolio. Mr. Gratz received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and holds multiple patents in the marine space.

Rachael Green joined Malibu Boats in 2012 as an electrical engineer and has advanced through roles including Product Manager, Director of Engineering, Vice President of Engineering, and now Senior Vice President of Operations & Engineering, Malibu / Axis. She has led new-model launches and innovation, driven vertical-integration initiatives, and strengthened quality and efficiency across the organization. Rachael holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
