Steve D. MENNETO, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Menneto joined MBI in August 2024 as our CEO. Previously, he spent over 27 years at Polaris – most recently as President of the Off Road Vehicle Division where he led the business to a doubling of revenue (now $7+ billion). He also led Polaris' Motorcycle Division from May 2009 to December 2019, and prior to that he held various Sales roles. Mr. Menneto attended Northeastern University for his undergraduate degree and then went on to earn an MBA from the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytech Institute.

Ritchie L. Anderson, PRESIDENT, MBI

Mr. Anderson has over 40 years of experience in the boat manufacturing industry. Before being named MBI President, Mr. Anderson served as our Chief Operating Officer for 10 years and Vice President of Operations for two years. Prior to joining Malibu Boats, Mr. Anderson was Vice President of Operations at MasterCraft Boat Company, where he spent 28 years in production management. While at MasterCraft, he held various roles in operations that included management responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer service, environmental and safety.

Bruce W. Beckman, Chief Financial Officer, MBI

Mr. Beckman joined MBI in late 2023 as our Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Entegris after holding several positions of increasing responsibility that spanned eight years in the high-growth semiconductor industry. Before Entegris, he worked in numerous capacities for General Mills, Inc., including Vice President of Finance for the Meals Division, Director of Corporate Planning & Analysis, and Director of Internal Controls. Mr. Beckman received a B.S. and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Deborah S. Kent, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER, MBI

Ms. Kent has served as our Chief Human Resources Officer since 2022. She joined Malibu Boats in January 2011 as our Director of Human Resources and served as Vice President of Human Resources before her current role. Previously, Ms. Kent was an executive at IdleAire, Inc. (a company that provides in-cab services to over-the-road drives through centralized systems at truck stops around the U.S.) where she served as Director of Employment & Employee Relations and then Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Kent received a B.S. in Education from East Central University and a M.S. in Adult Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Keith P. Aulson, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, MBI

Mr. Aulson joined Malibu Boats, Inc. in 2023 as our Chief Information Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in leading teams and deploying technology solutions across a variety of industries. Previously, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Ingram Marine Group for nine years and before that as Director of Information Technology at Brandt Engineering for six years. Mr. Aulson received a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Matthew M. Googe, General Counsel, MBI

Before being named General Counsel, Mr. Googe joined Malibu Boats in 2023 as our Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Mr. Googe was a managing member of an intellectual property law firm since its founding in 2013 where he provided counseling to clients on complex transactional and litigation issues. Mr. Googe received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Dave M. Cluka, Vice President of Sales, MBI

Mr. Cluka joined the company in April 2023 as our Vice President of Sales. Prior to this, Mr. Cluka was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Turf & Consumer Products business unit at Briggs & Stratton, LLC. During his 23 years at Briggs & Stratton, he held a variety of leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Mr. Cluka received B.S. degrees in both Marketing and Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin (La Crosse) and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

M. Jason Turner, President, Cobalt Boats

Mr. Turner was named President of Cobalt Boats in 2021. He began working with Cobalt in Neodesha, Kansas, in 2017 as the Vice President of Engineering. A veteran of 20+ years in the marine industry, he has held multiple operations, engineering and design positions with boat brands across a global landscape including Europe, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Turner received a B.A. in Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Christopher M. Gratz, President, Pursuit Boats

Mr. Gratz started with Pursuit Boats in 2006 and has served in numerous roles within the company, most recently being promoted to President. During that tenure he has been directly involved with multiple generations of the Pursuit product line and contributed to the development, growth, and evolution of the Pursuit portfolio. Mr. Gratz received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and holds multiple patents in the marine space.

Benjamin H. Slater, General Manager, Malibu Boats Australia

Mr. Slater has been the General Manager of Australia operations since 2019. He started with the company in 2015 in Finance & Accounting. Prior to this, he held CFO and Financial Controller roles in the Food Manufacturing and Transportation sector(s) in Australia. Mr. Slater holds a BBus (Bachelor of Business) degree in Accounting.

Matthew A. Saloom, President, Maverick Boat Group

Mr. Saloom began leading our Maverick Boat Group business in Ft. Pierce, FL, in 2022 after starting with the company as Director of Operational Excellence. Prior to this, he held multiple executive positions in the marine industry including Vice President for Hatteras Yachts, and also roles at Volvo Group North America including Director of Powertrain Operations and Director of Volvo Production System. Mr. Saloom received executive education from the University of Notre Dame and also Master of Lean Production certification from GIFU University in Japan.
