Jack D. Springer, Chief Executive Officer and Director, MBI

Mr. Springer was our interim Chief Executive Officer beginning in May 2009 and became our Chief Executive Officer in February 2010. Mr. Springer also serves on our Board of Directors. Previously, he was a partner and managing director with Qorval, LLC, a private consultancy group that provides strategic leadership and executive management across various industries. As a result of his role with Qorval, Mr. Springer served as Chief Executive Officer at Diamondback Tactical LLP (a manufacturer of tactical armor systems for federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and defense contractors), Chief Restructuring Officer of American Plastics, Inc. (a thermoform plastics manufacturer for the restaurant and hospitality industry), and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Allen White Inc. (a furniture manufacturer and wholesaler). While at Qorval, Mr. Springer was also Chief Integration Officer at Nautic Global Group from 2004 to 2007, where he was responsible for the integration of two boat manufacturers. Mr. Springer received a B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.

David S. Black, Interim Chief Financial Officer, MBI

Mr. Black has served as MBI’s Corporate Controller since November 2020. Prior to this, he was the company’s Director of Internal Audit and also played an active role in the due diligence and integration activities related to MBI acquisitions. Mr. Black has over sixteen years of experience in accounting and finance across both public and private companies. He received a B.A. in Finance from Fairmont State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Ritchie L. Anderson, Chief Operating Officer, MBI

Mr. Anderson has served as our Chief Operating Officer since September 2013 and joined Malibu Boats in July 2011 as our Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Malibu Boats, Mr. Anderson was Vice President of Operations at MasterCraft Boat Company, where he spent 28 years in production management. While at MasterCraft, he held various roles in operations that included management responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer service, environmental and safety. Mr. Anderson has more than 30 years of experience in the boat manufacturing industry.

Deborah S. Kent, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER, MBI

Ms. Kent has served as our Vice President of Human Resources since September 2013 after joining Malibu Boats in January 2011 as our Director of Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Kent was an executive at IdleAire, Inc. (a company that provides in-cab services to over-the-road drives through centralized systems at truck stops around the U.S.) where she served as Director of Employment & Employee Relations and then Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Kent received a B.S. in Education from East Central University and a M.S. in Adult Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Keith P. Aulson, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, MBI

Mr. Aulson joined Malibu Boats, Inc. in 2023 as our Chief Information Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in leading teams and deploying technology solutions across a variety of industries. Previously, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Ingram Marine Group for nine years and before that as Director of Information Technology at Brandt Engineering for six years. Mr. Aulson received a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Doreen A. Bayliff, Vice President of Marketing, MBI

Ms. Bayliff began working with MBI in 2020. Prior to this, she held multiple executive positions in P&L/general management and marketing at P&G across North America, South America, and Worldwide roles. She then consulted public and privately-held mid-caps in various industries on commercial strategy, brand-building and acquisition integration. Ms. Bayliff received a B.A. and M.B.A. from University of Michigan.

Matthew M. Googe, Corporate Counsel, MBI

Mr. Googe joined Malibu Boats in 2023 as our Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Mr. Googe was a managing member of an intellectual property law firm since its founding in 2013 where he provided counseling to clients on complex transactional and litigation issues. Mr. Googe received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Dave M. Cluka, Vice President of Sales, MBI

Mr. Cluka joined the company in April 2023 as our Vice President of Sales. Prior to this, Mr. Cluka was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Turf & Consumer Products business unit at Briggs & Stratton, LLC. During his 23 years at Briggs & Stratton, he held a variety of leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Mr. Cluka received B.S. degrees in both Marketing and Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin (La Crosse) and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

M. Jason Turner, President, Cobalt Boats

Mr. Turner was named President of Cobalt Boats in 2021. He began working with Cobalt in Neodesha, Kansas, in 2017 as the Vice President of Engineering. A veteran of 20+ years in the marine industry, he has held multiple operations, engineering and design positions with boat brands across a global landscape including Europe, Asia and Latin America. Mr. Turner received a B.A. in engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Matthew A. Saloom, Vice President of Operations, Maverick Boat Group

Mr. Saloom began leading our Maverick Boat Group business in Ft. Pierce, FL, in 2022 after starting with the company as Director of Operational Excellence. Prior to this, he held multiple executive positions in the marine industry including Vice President for Hatteras Yachts, and also roles at Volvo Group North America including Director of Powertrain Operations and Director of Volvo Production System. Mr. Saloom received executive education from the University of Notre Dame and also Master of Lean Production certification from GIFU University in Japan.

Benjamin H. Slater, General Manager, Malibu Boats Australia

Mr. Slater has been the General Manager of Australia operations since 2019. He started with the company in 2015 in Finance & Accounting. Prior to this, he held CFO and Financial Controller roles in the Food Manufacturing and Transportation sector(s) in Australia. Mr. Slater holds a BBus (Bachelor of Business) degree in Accounting.
