Steve D. Menneto, President and Chief Executive Officer, MBI

Mr. Menneto joined MBI in August 2024 as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he spent over 27 years at Polaris – most recently as President of the Off Road Vehicle Division, where he led the business to a doubling of revenue (now over $7 billion). He also led Polaris' Motorcycle Division from May 2009 to December 2019, and prior to that held various Sales roles. Mr. Menneto earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

David S. Black, Chief Financial Officer, MBI

Mr. Black was named Chief Financial Officer in 2025. He joined MBI in 2017 and has served in numerous financial leadership roles, including Vice President, Finance, Corporate Controller, and Director of Internal Audit. Mr. Black has over 19 years of experience in accounting and finance across both public and private companies. He received a B.A. in Finance from Fairmont State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Eric R. Lindquist, Chief Growth Officer, MBI

Mr. Lindquist joined MBI in December 2024 as our Chief Growth Officer, with responsibility for expanding our strategic portfolio in adjacent and complementary businesses. Previously, he held executive leadership roles across a diverse set of industries – most recently leading the electrification and power management business for the Brunswick Corporation. Mr. Lindquist has extensive recreational product experience (Nike, Polaris, Wilson Sporting Goods) along with entrepreneurial, international, and M&A experience. He earned a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford University.

Keith P. Aulson, Chief Information Officer, MBI

Mr. Aulson joined MBI in 2023 as our Chief Information Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in leading teams and deploying technology solutions across a variety of industries. Previously, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Ingram Marine Group for nine years and before that as Director of Information Technology at Brandt Engineering for six years. Mr. Aulson received a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Amanda R. Thompson, Chief People Officer, MBI

Ms. Thompson joined MBI in July 2025 as our Chief People Officer, where she leads the Company's global people strategy with a focus on culture, talent, and organizational growth. With over 30 years of HR leadership experience, Ms. Thompson was most recently Chief People Officer at Vontier and U.S. Xpress, Inc., where she spent 20 years driving large-scale transformation, talent development, and operational excellence. She holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Bryan College. Ms. Thompson is known for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces that align people strategy with business success.

Brooke K. Zinter , General Counsel and Secretary, MBI

Ms. Zinter joined MBI in January 2025 as our General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to this, she served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Winnebago Industries. Other previous experience includes General Counsel and Secretary of Icario Health (a health technology company) and both legal and business roles at Polaris Industries. Ms. Zinter started her legal career in private practice at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi in Minneapolis. She received her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and a B.S. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

 

 

Dave M. Cluka, Chief Marketing Officer, MBI

Mr. Cluka joined MBI in April 2023 as our Vice President of Sales and assumed responsibility for Marketing in 2025; he now serves as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Turf & Consumer Products business unit at Briggs & Stratton, where over 23 years he held a variety of leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Mr. Cluka received B.S. degrees in Marketing and Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin (La Crosse) and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Howard L. Monk, Vice President of Quality & Continuous Improvement, MBI

Mr. Monk joined MBI in January 2026 as our Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement, leading quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Company. Previously, he held executive leadership roles in engineering, operations, purchasing, and global quality across several industries, including Johnson Controls, Volvo Trucks, Howmet Aerospace, and General Motors. Mr. Monk received a B.S. from Wayne State University and an MBA from the University of Detroit.

Jerry L. Little, Jr., Vice President of Operations, MBI

Mr. Little joined MBI in June 2011 as Plant Manager for Malibu Boats and has held increasing levels of operational leadership responsibility during his tenure, now serving as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining MBI, he spent 23 years with MasterCraft Boat Company, including 18 years in leadership roles across plant operations, procurement, inventory control, and new product development. Mr. Little received an A.S. from Cleveland State Community College.

M. Jason Turner, Senior Vice President, Cobalt

Mr. Turner was named Senior Vice President of Cobalt in 2021. He began working with Cobalt in Neodesha, Kansas, in 2017 as Vice President of Engineering. A veteran of over 20 years in the marine industry, he has held multiple operations, engineering, and design positions with boat brands across a global landscape including Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Mr. Turner received a B.A. in Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Christopher M. Gratz, Senior Vice President, Saltwater

Mr. Gratz started with Pursuit Boats in 2006 and has served in numerous roles within the company, most recently being promoted to Senior Vice President. During that tenure he has been directly involved with multiple generations of the Pursuit product line and contributed to the development, growth, and evolution of the Pursuit portfolio. Mr. Gratz received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and holds multiple patents in the marine space.

Rachael Green, Senior Vice President, Malibu / Axis

Ms. Green joined MBI in 2012 as an electrical engineer and has advanced through roles including Product Manager, Director of Engineering, Vice President of Engineering, and now Senior Vice President of Operations & Engineering, Malibu / Axis. She has led new-model launches and innovation, driven vertical-integration initiatives, and strengthened quality and efficiency across the organization. Ms. Green holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Erna M. Russi, Chief Executive Officer, Saxdor

Ms. Russi has led Saxdor Yachts, an MBI brand, as Chief Executive Officer since October 2021, expanding the company across five continents, more than 150 locations, and more than 50 dealers globally. Previously, she spent 20 years with Telia, a publicly listed Nordic telecommunications company, where she held senior leadership roles across sales, brand, marketing, and strategy. Ms. Russi brings broad international leadership experience and a proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution in fast-paced, competitive markets.
