David S. Black, Chief Financial Officer, MBI
Mr. Black was named Chief Financial Officer in late 2025. Mr. Black started with the company in 2017 and has served in numerous financial leadership roles within the company, including Vice President, Finance, Corporate Controller and Director of Internal Audit. Black has over 19 years of experience in accounting and finance working for both public and private companies. Mr. Black received a B.A. in finance from Fairmont State University. Mr. Black is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
