Mr. Wilson has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2009. Prior to joining Malibu Boats, Mr. Wilson was a Vice President at Black Canyon Capital LLC where he was employed since its founding in 2004. While there, he was responsible for due diligence and execution of numerous acquisitions and financings. Prior to joining Black Canyon Capital, Mr. Wilson was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he gained experience advising and financing companies across a range of industries. Mr. Wilson received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
